Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders for custom soft play equipment are carefully crafted and typically require 14 days for preparation. Once ready, the product is shipped with an estimated delivery time of 7 days. Please allow a total of 21 days from order placement to delivery. During peak seasons or unforeseen delays, we may request an additional 14-day buffer to ensure the quality of your customized order.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Please inspect the package upon arrival and report any visible damages immediately. Delivery charges cover shipping up to your address; however, extra fees apply for installation and carrying the equipment to your doorstep or inside your premises.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend trusted shipping partners and their charges are based on product weight and value:

  • For packages under 30 kg, shipping cost is 15% of the product value.

  • For packages over 30 kg, shipping cost is 12% of the product value.

These charges are additional to the product cost and cover shipping logistics.

Return to Origin (RTO) Shipments

If your shipment is returned to us for any reason such as refusal or delivery failure (RTO), you will be responsible for reshipping charges. Additionally, original shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.

Shipping Restrictions and Responsibility

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address information or external carrier issues. Please provide accurate shipping details to avoid delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment status.
